Guided is designed for children, so child safety shapes every decision we make. This page explains the boundaries we've built in.

Age-appropriate design

Lessons, language, and interactions adapt to a child's age and reading level, from early learners to teenagers.

No advertising, no strangers

Guided has no advertising, no public chat, and no way for children to contact people outside their own family account.

Parent visibility

Parents can see meaningful activity in their child's account and receive safety notifications when appropriate.

Crisis situations

If a conversation suggests a child may be in crisis, Guided redirects them toward qualified support and notifies a parent or guardian.
